The kit includes two ready-to-use liquid reagents—R1 (β-Hydroxybutyrate Enzyme) and R2 (β-Hydroxybutyrate Catalyst)—pre-dispensed in analyzer-compatible bottles, along with a 1 mmol/L standard. The assay is linear up to 4.5 mmol/L and is read at 505 nm.
